An active Rotary Club has welcomed three new members to its ranks.

At its last meeting on Monday, July 9, Diss Waveney Rotary Club introduced its newest members John Canning, Jenny Owen and Tony Leslie to the organisation. At the meeting, which took place in Park hotel, club president Pam Mordey said it was an honour to induct the members into the group adding that she felt is was a sure sign the group’s membership which currently stands at 33 members would continue to flourish.

Following the introduction each of the new members explained their reasons for joining the club and what they hoped to bring to the group.

Formed in 2016, the Diss Waveney branch of the Rotary Club meets on the second and fourth Monday of each month in Park Hotel. Anyone interested in joining the group should email info@disswaveneyrotary.org.uk
