Learn how to use meditation to control stress and to become more relaxed and light-hearted even with a busy life.

A Stress-Free Workshop will take place at the Amoghasiddhi Kadampa Buddhist Centre in Queens Square, Attleborough, on Saturday, May 26, 10am-1pm.

Teacher Sam Barnes will lead the workshop, which includes guided meditations and question and answer time. Cost: £12.
