People across Norfolk are being promised access to faster broadband as part of a £10m investment in the county.
Work to install full fibre broadband to more than 1,600 homes in Newton Flotman will start next month.
Broadband provider Gigaclear said the work, which will last until summer next year, is part of a £10m investment in the county.

The company began work in Long Stratton over the summer to connect more than 2,800 properties and says further locations for work will be announced in due course.

Tony Smith, Gigaclear's delivery director, said: "Newton Flotman is just the latest community to benefit from our £10m network roll-out across Norfolk with the first residents due to have access to our broadband by spring 2024.
"Full fibre broadband is increasingly important in enabling people to work from home, stream online entertainment, scroll and gameplay – and people living in rural communities deserve to be able to do this as much as anyone else."
Gigaclear said it will use existing Openreach ducts and poles wherever possible, to minimise disruption.
