Golden tickets have been hidden around a Norfolk town as it prepares to host a new music festival.

Organisers have been busy hiding 20 golden envelopes with free weekend passes to Gig in the Park in Diss.

Geoff Dixon, organiser of Diss’ Gig in the Park, said: “It’s to give people the opportunity to find free tickets and come along to the festival.

“It’s a bit of fun going around the town looking for envelopes. Some are quite well hidden, some are less hidden and it should be a nice bit of fun for the town.”

Gig in the Park kicks off today with three days of live music featuring more than 40 bands and DJs across two stages.

If you find one of the golden envelopes make sure to post over on the Enjoy Diss More Facebook page with where you found it so people do not go looking in the same spot.
