One of Norfolk's most popular tea rooms is closing later this year, with the owner planning to relocate the business.

Stacey Enever, 39, opened Angel Cakes Tearoom in New Buckenham, near Attleborough, six years ago and she has built up a big customer base.

It serves a range of homemade breakfasts and lunches, alongside cakes and tray bakes.

Despite its popularity, it will close later this year and the last day is Friday, September 29.

Mrs Enever, who lives in Old Buckenham, said: "We have been really busy and people in the village have been amazing.

"The main reason for closing is that the landlord has put the rent up and asked me to sign another six-year lease which I can't commit to, especially with the cost of living crisis and all my bills doubling.

"After it shuts, I am planning to take a couple of months break and then will be looking for a property around Christmas time, which I would like to be in a village.

"It is not goodbye - it is a see you later."

Mrs Enever also makes celebration cakes, which can be ordered by messaging the Angel Cakes Tearoom Facebook page.
