Paws Indoors was recognised for its high standard of customer service as well as excellence in business development in providing a different approach to veterinary services.
The business was started more than 20 years ago by vet and practice owner Rosie Smith.
Her team has grown to seven people and, alongside the mobile service, she has a static site in Broaden Lane, Hempnall with surgical, x-ray and hospitalisation facilities.
Rosie Smith said: "We were so pleased to win the award as it feels like a tangible recognition of the efforts that every member of the team puts in each day. I am so proud of everyone who works for Paws Indoors, they all put their heart and soul into the job, whatever their role."Being a small, independent practice, we do not have the marketing budgets or the exposure of the big corporate practices, so awards like this are important to help us get the message out both about our existence and about the quality of the bespoke service that we provide."
