Eight-year-old Aimee Palmer is being cheered on by Deltamoore Ltd, R J Bartram and Son and Rosedale Funeral Home. Aimee plays in the Norwich City FC Girls Centre of Excellence, which selects the best football players from across Norfolk and North Suffolk to compete at the highest level.

The Centre of Excellence normally play competitive matches against other professional football clubs around the eastern region, but this tour allows the girls to play against teams north of the county.

Aimee will be amongst 60 other Centre of Excellence Girls between eight and 16 who will also be taking part in the tour. The girls will leave on Friday, April 3 and stay at Centre Parcs in Nottingham for the four-day tour.

In their time away they will train and play matches against teams such as Aston Villa, Birmingham City and Sheffield United, some of the toughest Girls Centres of Excellence in the Country.

Emma Fletcher, of the Centre of Excellence, said: 'We would like to thank Deltamoore Ltd, R J Bartram and Son and Rosedale Funeral Home for their support to Aimee. The tour is an essential part of the players' development, not only competing at the highest level to improve their footballing skills but also in the players' personal development.'
