The Diss-based Mere Players have announced that their next production will take place in May at Roydon.

The Continental Quilt is a classic farce written by Joan Greening and unfolds as Mike's anticipated romantic interlude with his girlfriend is shattered by the uninvited arrival of his brother, Dick. Dick's wife has discovered he has been more than 'neighbourly' with their next door neighbour and has thrown him out. The plot unfolds in quick-witted, fast paced and humorous fashion to arrive (eventually) at a happy ending.

Mere Players welcome anyone interested in taking part, either on stage or behind the scenes as every production is a team effort. For more information contact Irene on 07775 192920 or Gary on 07957 365555.
