Balloonists from across the country will be gathering at Old Buckenham Airfield from Friday for the event, which will be open to the public.
Organisers have their fingers crossed for four days of flying from the former second world war American airbase, weather permitting.
The festival, which will conclude on Monday, will also coincide with an all American tail wheel aircraft and classic car and bike weekend on Saturday and Sunday.
