The perception versus the reality of using social media in business will be the subject of the latest Business Breakfast in Diss.

The Diss Business Forum is holding another of its popular events at the Park Hotel on October 17 with guest speaker Sean Clark from Norwich-based online marketing agency Clark St James.

He has been working in the digital sector since 1999 and has seen the rise of all the major social media platforms and will give his thoughts on how the sector has evolved, whether you can still effectively promote your brand online for free.

Brian Bale, Diss Business Forum chair, said: 'Of late, many businesses have believed that social media is a good way to market themselves with little or no cost. It is a subject that is debated regularly so we are delighted to welcome Sean who will separate the myth from the reality.'

Tickets are £10 including breakfast, £12 for non-members. For further information visit www.dbf.org.uk and book your place online now.
