A charity event that usually throbs to the throaty roar of hundreds of bikers will welcome a very different sound when electric powered motorbikes glide in.
Electric motorcycle company English Electric Motor Co, based at Redgrave near Diss, will display their bikes and give riders a chance to take one out for a spin, at the Beer, Bikes and Bands event at the Burston Crown on Sunday, May 5.
The popular event, which last year attracted more than 420 bikes and 1,200 people, is a mix of biker gathering, live music and charity auction in aid of mental health support work for young people from Diss and the surrounding area
