A national charity supporting adults with learning disabilities is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month by organising a number of events across the country, including one at Wortwell.
A national charity supporting adults with learning disabilities is celebrating its 10th anniversary this month by organising a number of events across the country, including one at Wortwell.
The Thera Trust events are intended to be a time for people the charity supports, its staff, families and others to enjoy time together.
The event is being held next Friday at Wortwell Community Centre between 10am and 4pm.
Thera's vision is that people with a learning disability can be leaders, and 40pc of its paid executive directors are people with a learning disability.
