The visit of Father Christmas and his sleigh has become an annual event around the town, which raises funds for local charities.
But the Wymondham Lions club has decided to cancel the collections from 6pm today , tomorrow and Wednesday because of the weather conditions.
President David Webster said: 'We would like to apologise for this cancellation but must take into consideration the safety of our members in such icy conditions.'
