A South Norfolk leisure centre is open as usual following technical difficulties.

Diss Leisure centre in Victoria Road, is open as normal today (Thursday, March 15), following worries it might be closed due to technical problems.

On Wednesday, March 14, South Norfolk Council who run Diss leisure centre, as well as centres in Long Stratton, Wymondham and Hethersett tweeted;

'Due to a technical issue both pools will be closed until further notice. We apologies for any inconvenience. Please see our website for details of Diss Leisure Centres swimming pool timetable.'

However, the issues have now been resolved and the centre, including both pools where open from 6.30am.
