A moped was seized after the rider was given a second warning over driving standards.
Police in South Norfolk issued the driver of the vehicle with a Section 59 warning, which allows officers to seize vehicles which are 'used in manner causing alarm, distress or annoyance' or contravene road traffic laws on careless and inconsiderate driving.
Officers Tweeted to say the vehicle 'was seen turning right at a left turn only junction at Mere St #Diss then speed off and over a round about without slowing down'.
The officers also added: 'They also only just passed the breath test.'
