A motorcyclist who drove down a pedestrian pathway has been caught by an off duty police officer.

A Section 59 Warning was issued to the driver, who was seen driving on the path at Morrisons in Diss by the passing officer.

South Norfolk Police posted on Twitter yesterday evening: “Not acceptable. No excuses.”

The district police force has been upping the number of foot patrols in Diss since a number of young people were involved in a fight last week in the town centre.
