Diss town centre fell silent this morning as people remembered those who fought and died in the First World War.
Hundreds of people stood together in the market place and outside businesses as the last post was played and the Royal British Legion standards were lowered.
At 11.00am the two minute silence was observed by everyone with prayers for the fallen said afterwards.
Diss mayor, Keith Kiddie, said: “It is always nice to see how well Diss as a small town turns out to support this. I’m pleased with the turn out; it’s easy to support Remembrance Sunday.”
