There will be a big show of fur and feathers at a family fun day held in Eye on Sunday August 27th.

Flights by birds of prey, donkeys rides and a fun dog show are just part of the entertainment lined up for the day.

Eagles, buzzards, owls and hawks will be flying around the arena in an impressive demonstration.

And there will be alpacas on show too - a firm family favourite, along with the donkey rides.

Dog lovers will be treated to the traditional Eye Dog Show which features Lurchers and Whippets.

Arena events include the Green Dragons Morris Men, Foxy Rock n Roll demonstrations and Marshall Arts from progress Health and Fitness

There will be competitions for the best flowers, fruit and vegetables, plus cakes, savouries and preserves.

And classic cars, a vintage bus and and military vehicles will be on display.

Refreshments include a hog roast, burgers, hot dogs plus tea and cakes.
