Farewell to our Celia!

The Mercury said farewell to long-serving reporter Celia Wigg last week following her retirement after 21 years covering the news of south Norfolk.

Friends, colleagues, and former chief reporters joined the senior reporter for her leaving do at the Park Hotel, in Diss, on Friday night.

Friends, colleagues, and former chief reporters joined the senior reporter for her leaving do at the Park Hotel, in Diss, on Friday night.

Celia, from Harleston, has been a hard working and dedicated ambassador for south Norfolk over the last 21 years and we wish her all the best and a happy retirement.
