Firefighters were called in to help rescue a teenager who had become stuck on a children’s swing in a Diss playground.

The 15-year-old had become trapped in the swing at a children's play area on Willbye Avenue at shortly after noon today (August 13).

A fire crew from Harleston had to use small gear to free the teen from the swing, which is one of eight swings for young children on a green area off the residential street close to Diss High School.
