The best 2018 firework and bonfire nights in and around Diss

With summer swiftly fading and October well on its way, thoughts are turning to this year’s bonfire night, and where to see the region’s top firework displays.

Diss Fireworks

Diss Cricket Club, November 10, 5pm-9pm.

Veteran firework display man Billy Ellwood puts on this year’s show on November 10. Refreshments by Ma Hubbard’s Burger Van and Harris’s Hog Roast.

Queens Head Annual Fireworks

The Queen’s Head, Cross Street, Eye. Sunday, November 4, 3pm-7pm. Donation to enter.

It all kicks off properly at 4.30pm. Choose this event for barbecue, hotdogs, and facepainting.

Lophams’ Bonfire and Fireworks

Lophams Village Hall, Saturday, November 3. Adults £8, children £4, family £20. Gates 6pm, display 7.30pm.

To add to a ‘spectacular’ firework display, Lopham is also offering a bonfire, hot food and drinks, and a licensed bar.

Rickinghall Fireworks

Rickinghall Village Hall, Friday, November 2, 5pm-9pm. Adults £5, children £2.

Enjoy a hog roast and barbecue with entertainment from Park Radio from 5pm. Fireworks start at 7pm.
