Children are being invited to pick up free cress seeds from a garden centre this April as part of its Spring Gardening Celebration.

Youngsters who complete an activity sheet can collect free packets of seeds, while stocks last, at Blooms of Bressingham Garden Centre, near Diss, from April 14 until 29.

The event coincides with the Royal Horticultural Society’s (RHS) National Gardening Week, which takes place from April 16 until 22 and is aimed at encouraging everyone to get involved in gardening.
