An award-nominated author of romantic novels is set to launch her latest book at the Norfolk auction house that inspired part of its plot.
Mum-of-four Jenni Keer, who lives at Stoke Ash, near Eye, has followed up the success of her Amazon bestselling debut The Hopes and Dreams of Lucy Baker with a second novel set in a fictional Suffolk auction house.
She did research for the book, The Unlikely Life of Maisie Meadows, at TW Gaze in Diss and will be returning for a special Q&A event with TW Gaze director and familiar face from BBC antique programmes Elizabeth Talbot.
Jenni, whose debut novel was recently nominated for the Joan Hessayon Award for new writers, said: "TW Gaze has been fantastic with research help and inspiration. Having lived in Suffolk for 20 years, I champion East Anglia in all my work."
The meet the author event takes place at the Waveney Room at TW Gaze on October 10 from 6pm. The event is free but donations for the East Anglian Air Ambulance welcome.
