Man charged with illegally tattooing teenagers

A 48-year-old man has been charged in connection with illegally tattooing a number of teenagers in the Wymondham area. Michael Parker of Tortoishell Way, Wymondham, has been charged with five offences of actual bodily harm and three offences under the tattooing of minors act.

His arrest follows an investigation by the local Safer Neighbourhood Team.
Parker has been bailed to appear before Swaffham Magistrates' Court on Tuesday April 14.
