The 1.5m scheme, in New Street, which includes a mixture of flats, bungalows and houses for rent and shared ownership, was part funded by the government's Homes and Communities Agency.
Local residents can find out if they are eligible for a home at the meeting at the Swan Inn, in Harleston Road, between 3pm and 7pm on Wednesday .
Martin Aust, strategy and development director for Flagship, said: 'This development will help to address real housing need in one of our village communities. Effective partnership working between the parish council, Mid Suffolk District Council and ourselves has made this excellent, well sited and designed scheme a reality.'
