Glorious oilseed rape is probably the most eye-catching crop grown in the UK today due to its impressive height and yellow flower colour.

Now Mother Nature has come out to show her true colours, with this aerial image by photographer Mike Page showing the crop in full bloom in fields around Harleston.

Experts are predicting the production of oilseed rape could be up this year, thanks to the good weather we have recently been experiencing and the mild winter.

Brian Finnerty, regional press officer for the National Farmers' Union, said: 'It's early days yet and there's nothing in the barns, but the crop is looking pretty good.'
