Award-winning professional photographer Lisa North from Harleston has raised £1,000 for the charity Cinnamon Trust.

Volunteers from the charity walk the dogs, take them in if the owner is in hospital, and help with re-homing the animal if necessary.

Throughout April, Ms North gave her time free of charge to take photographs of 30 dogs and cats at her studio, with the owner’s donating £30 to the Cinnamon Trust.

She said: “I wanted to do something for an animal charity in memory of our own beloved dog Cindy, who died in January.

“I was attracted to the Cinnamon Trust as it highlighted the strong bond between pets and their owners.”

Each pet’s image went into a competition and the winner was Joanna Pearce with her cat Zuri.
