Police are appealing for witnesses following a burglary in Wortwell, near Harleston in South Norfolk

An unknown number of suspects forced their way into a property in the High Street sometime between 10.45am and 3.45pm on Wednesday, June 28.

The suspects entered the building after smashing a pane of glass in the front door, once inside, they carried out an untidy search of the house.

At this stage police believe only a small amount of cash was stolen during the burglary.

Detectives are keen to hear from anyone who witnessed the incident or may have seen or heard anything unusual between the times stated.
