Police have cordoned off an alleyway in Diss following reports of a 'serious assault'.Scenes of crime officers are currently at an address in Shelfanger Road following a report that a woman had been attacked by a man at 12.

Scenes of crime officers are currently at an address in Shelfanger Road following a report that a woman had been attacked by a man at 12.10am on Saturday .
The victim was taken to the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital where she has since been released.
A police spokesman said: 'Norfolk Police is investigating a serious assault in Shelfanger Road, Diss. The scene is currently sealed off and officers are continuing enquiries.'
