Princess Tessy of Luxembourg is set to visit Peacocks Montessori Nursery in Stuston to meet the children who are growing the plants that will feature on the Montessori St Nicholas Centenary Children's Garden at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show in May.

The garden has been created by Jody Lidgard, who runs Bespoke Outdoor Spaces in Harleston, a father of six who is passionate about getting children interested and engaged in horticulture.

The garden will celebrate 100 years since Maria Montessori brought her pioneering vision for education to the UK.

Mr Lidgard, who is collaborating with the UK's leading charity for Montessori education, Montessori St Nicholas, said the garden was intended to demonstrate children's keen interest in plants and wildlife.

Princess Tessy, an ambassador for Montessori, both of whose sons attended Montessori schools, will visit the nursery on April 3.
