Nissen huts at a former Norfolk airfield from where top secret missions were flown are back on the market with a price tag £15,000 higher than when they were bought five months ago.

The two wartime structures, which have planning consent to converted into a three-bedroom family home, were sold at auction in Diss in June for £120,000.

At the time of the sale the buyer was said to be local with an interest in the period and intended to convert them for residential use.

The huts are now up for sale again through estate agents Lacy, Scott and Knight billed as a "rare and exciting opportunity to create a unique dwelling" but with a guide price of £135,000.

Some 300 huts were built to accommodate up to 2,000 airmen at the RAF Fersfield, used during the Second World War for highly secret operations, including the final mission of Lieutenant Joseph P Kennedy Jr, the brother of American president John F Kennedy.
