Police have stopped two motorbikes in a South Norfolk Town for being driven in a careless and anti-social manor.
Officers in Diss have been tackling anti-social driving, in and around the Manor Road area of the town, issuing one bike with a Section 59 notice and seizing a second bike for not having insurance.
On Tuesday, March 13, South Norfolk Police tweeted 'Two motorbikes stopped on Manor Road, Diss for riding in a careless and anti social manor.
'One rider was given a Sec. 59 notice the other had his bike seized for having no insurance.'
A Section 59 Notice, of the Police Reform Act gives police the power to seize a vehicle if they believes is being driven inconsiderately or carelessly and causing, or is likely to cause, alarm, distress or annoyance to members of the public.
