Teen charged with causing death by dangerous driving
A 19-year-old man has today been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a road traffic collision in Suffolk last year.Mark Greggs, of Yaxley Road, Mellis, near Eye, has also been charged with driving whilst disqualified and drink driving following the collision on Old Ipswich Road in the early hours of Friday September 19.

Mark Greggs, of Yaxley Road, Mellis, near Eye, has also been charged with driving whilst disqualified and drink driving following the collision on Old Ipswich Road, Yaxley, in the early hours of Friday September 19.
Danny Lupson, 18, of Mellis, died after the car in which he was a back seat passenger left the road and struck a tree.
Greggs is set to appear before Bury St Edmunds Magistrates' Court on March 31.
