Witnesses are being sought after a man was hit on the head and robbed in a church’s grounds.

The man, in his early 40s had money from his wallet, jewellery and beer stolen during the incident at St Mary’s Church, Diss, between 5pm and 6.15pm on March 8.

Police are now appealing for witnesses to the incident.
