PLANS for this year's Wymondham Music Festival are well under way.
PLANS for this year's Wymondham Music Festival are well under way.
The programme, which will be available in May, is already beginning to take shape, and to help people find out more about this year's festival, the organisers have arranged a public meeting. This will be an opportunity to hear about plans for 2009, talk to the organisers and put forward suggestions about the sort of music you'd like to hear.
The meeting will take place on Wednesday, February 4 in the Fairland Church Centre, Fairland Street, at 7.45 pm. Coffee, home-made cake and live music will kick things off from 7.15pm. There will also be an opportunity to see again a display of photos of last year's festival, taken by photographer Anna Meek.
The festival committee is keen to hear the views of anyone who wants to be involved, whether as a music lover, performer, supporter or advertiser.
