Is it a bird? Is it a plane?
No, it's H-N Man.
A mysterious caped crusader launched a campaign in Harleston this week to encourage young people to take part in a consultation on the town's future.
The cloaked superhero, donning a giant light bulb hardhat, was seen at the top of the clock tower on Monday as H-N Man urged youngsters to have their say on a masterplan for the next 20 years.

H-N Man, who is the idea of the Have Your Say community group, also visited children at Harleston Primary School, to ask children what they like and dislike about the town.
The independent consultation, which comes to an end on March 31, will help shape an action plan for the future of Harleston. Students from Archbishop Sancroft High School will also be asked their views next week.

Ian Carstairs, chairman of the Have Your Say group, said there was already a lot of speculation in the town about the identity of the mysterious H-N Man.
'In a town like this, it is a big thing to do, so we are asking our own superhero to ask the kids to have their say. It is a means of encouraging everyone to get their responses in,' he said.
Mr Carstairs added that 300 people had so far responded to the town council and Norfolk Rural Community Council supported initiative, which would be analysed once the consultation is complete.
