AIDAN Browne, aged just eight, took six wickets for 16 runs for Tivetshall against Wortham in a friendly.
Captain of the team is Aidan's proud dad Danny, who said:'He took six for 16 – three adults and three other boys, they were all older then him. He was amazed, as we all were.
'He has played a few games for us and he has played for Diss U12 but it's the first time he has taken six. He was on a hat-trick and I missed the catch for his hat-trick ball! '
Aidan, who lives in South Lopham, has played since the age of six and is obviously a name to watch out for in the future.
