CRICKET: A new U17 league is set to launch this summer. The South Norfolk Community League already provides youth opportunities at U13 and U15 level and the new age group is designed to complement these, and to provide competitive matches in bridging the gap between U15 leagues and the adult game. The eight-a-side 16 over format has proved popular with the younger age groups and the same rules will extend to the new U17 competition. Any teams interested in playing should visit the league's website, www.southnorfolk communityleague.co.uk
