Crusaders Minis resume training this Sunday after a two-week break following their successful day at the West Norfolk festival. This was the club's first appearance at such a tournament and all age groups performed admirably.
The u7s entered two teams into their age group and produced some dazzling attacking rugby as well as showing some tenacious defence. Both sides won all their matches and were delighted to share the winners' trophy at the end.
The u8s and u9s played some amazing rugby throughout and the under 11s were proud to come away from West Norfolk with an inspired victory in their very first series of contact matches – a significant achievement.
Crusaders Mini Rugby offers a fun and safe environment for all children to play rugby in a family atmosphere. New players aged from seven to 13 are always welcome. First week is always free and a year's membership thereafter is £40. Children are welcome to turn up to training this Sunday at the club's ground at Little Melton (NR9 3NP).
