DISS Ladies made a tremendous comeback in this home hockey match versus Sprowston Ladies to take them up to a creditable fourth in Division Two. Despite some great chances in the first half, Diss failed to take advantage and allowed Sprowston to take two goals in quick succession giving them a 2-0 half-time lead.

Despite some great chances in the first half, Diss failed to take advantage and allowed Sprowston to take two goals in quick succession giving them a 2-0 half-time lead.
Following some energetic midfield play, Cassie Ayms put Diss on the scoresheet with a great goal to lift the home side. Lucy Kershaw then took an equaliser leaving Juliette Chartier to drill home the winning goal from a superb short corner.
Sam Howard created much of the midfield play in this thrilling tie and was well deserved Player of the Match.
