Diss league all set for season
PREPARATIONS are under way for the new season in the Diss and District Table Tennis League.The league is again being sponsored by Leisure Sport Diss (Premier Division) and Speedy Bat Sports (First Division).
PREPARATIONS are under way for the new season in the Diss and District Table Tennis League.
The league is again being sponsored by Leisure Sport Diss (Premier Division) and Speedy Bat Sports (First Division).
Weekly practise sessions are being held at Diss High School on Tuesday evenings from 7 to 9pm. Cost �2 per person.
New members are welcome to join the league, whether as part of an existing team or forming a new team.

The majority of league matches are played at the Brome Swan, Thrandeston and Palgrave village halls.

Teams can be registered at Brome Swan on Monday, August 10 at 8pm or with Terry Rayner if you are unable to attend the registration meeting, with the season likely to begin in October.
The league is hoping to run another evening exhibition of table tennis in September.
