Diss Tigers U15s were beaten 3-0 at home to Maldon and Tiptree on Sunday at Redgrave.

Diss saw a Shaun Andrews shot deflected wide and from the resulting corner Maldon worked the ball down the other end to create a chance that Kobe Abodunde did superbly well to close down. Maldon then broke and with Max Taylor left exposed, they slotted the ball home for 0-1.

With further pressure Maldon had chances and a ball through the middle saw Maldon's number eight net his second. Shortly afterwards a break down the left resulted in a third goal.

The second half saw Diss with more possession and they started to deal better with the physical presence of the visitors.

Although Diss competed well they struggled to make chances until a great run down the wing from Mower saw him play a superb ball across the goal where, unfortunately, Charlie Norman couldn't get enough on the ball to divert it in.
