Friendly win for Diss
In a pre-season friendy Diss RFC played Sudbury on a hot afternoon it was agreed to play the game in a series of four 20-minute sessions. The final score will have pleased the coaching staff - but this was not as fluid a display as the previous week and with just two weeks to go before the league campaign begins, there remains more work to be done on the training ground.
