Long Stratton move into top five following excellent away win

Long Stratton moved into the top five of the Anglian Combination Premier Division after an excellent 2-0 win at Waveney.
With several players missing full debuts were given to Jimmy Taylor and Toby Gower.
James Bemrose scored a goal in each half to seal the points while Sam Page and Taylor had excellent games.
Stratton will be looking to follow up their fine win when they play host to St Andrews on Saturday (2pm).
Long Stratton Reserves lost 2-1 to Freethorpe (Luke Knights) while Long Stratton U19 had a 13-1 win away at Heigham (Bemrose 7, Maloney 2, King 2, Smith, Sawyer).

Mulbarton Wanderers won 4-2 at Stalham in the Anglian Combination top flight on Saturday. Jon Curtis, Danny Self, Liam Brock and Hayden Gibbons gave the visitors the points despite goals from Lewis Crosby and Jack Childs.
