IT was another blank week for all Diss Town teams.

On Saturday there is a Ridgeons League Division One match with Swaffham at Brewers Green Lane (kick-off 3pm).

Diss U18 have two away league games inside five days - at Leiston tonight (Thursday) and Thetford on January 25.

Diss will be without four players due to suspension for the Swaffham game: Matty Adcock, Brendan Foley, George Watts-Sturrock and Max Kirkby.

Ally McAnally has returned to Diss for a second spell after being transferred from Wisbech Town.

Diss Town 0, Leiston 2

DISS Town arranged a friendly match at short notice. The best Diss effort of the first half saw a long-range Stuart Garner shot turned away for a corner.

In the 40th minute McAnally conceded a penalty and Keiron Joseph made it 2-0 in the 58th minute from long range. Late on Steve Wright smashed a superb shot against the Leiston bar from an acute angle 12 yards out.
