Rugby: Diss head to Blackheath

After two weeks without a game due to the cold snap, Diss travel to Blackheath in London this weekend for the return league fixture against Old Colfeians.

On their visit to Mackenders in October, Old Colfeians failed to get a point and conceded 43 points.

Diss will not anticipate a similar result away. The first squad has seen several player changes since that fixture for various reasons. The spirit though, has only intensified and Diss will be keen to get back to winning ways to consolidate their strong showing in the London One North table. Currently lying fifth, with Old Colfeians only two places below, this will be a hotly-contested game.

The home game against Chingford, which was postponed twice due to the frozen pitch, has been re-scheduled for February 25. A pre-match lunch will be available, for a place please contact Graham Pentelow 07969 923210 or Bill Llewellyn 01379 687507.
