The Under 8s and 9s play in non competitive leagues, including some indoor futsal during the winter. The U9 and U10 teams had success, winning the South Norfolk Plate Cups. The U11 team had a great season, finishing top their league, and the Under 13 Hawks have reached the final of the South Norfolk Plate Cup which is to be played on Sunday.

Around 140 players attended the two presentations along with their families. The younger age groups enjoyed games in the afternoon including penalty shoot outs and a speed gun.

All of the youth players received a trophy, along with managers' player, players' player, supporters' player and most improved player trophies being awarded in each age group.

Diss Town Youth start coaching from school year one upwards and will now be recruiting players for 2015-16 season.

If you are interested in playing next season visit the website www.disstownfc.co.uk for details or email youth@disstownfc.co.uk.

Also anyone interested in getting involved in youth football in any way within the youth teams are requested to get in touch. The club will be looking to increase the number of girls playing.
