Diss U18s completed their home league games by securing their third win of the season, beating Harford Tornadoes 3-1.

Diss took the lead in the 18th minute. A good advantage allowed Harry Hutt to play the first of many excellent passes. The ball was moved for Sam Neal to shoot home. Ryan Newson maintained the lead with two good saves.

Diss increased the lead in the 27th minute. Hutt struck the underside of the bar and Alex Garwood reacted quickly to head the ball in. Just 20 seconds into the second half Diss increased the lead when Neal beat a defender and pulled the ball back. It was a fraction behind Whyman but he scored with a superb back heel from 10 yards.

Chris Disney hit the bar with a shot following a free kick before Harford pulled a goal back despite being reduced to 10 men.

The next game is at Gorleston on Thursday at 7.45pm.
