Tough start for Diss

DISS Angling Club's first match on the river Waveney in 2009 proved to be a very hard affair with only just one angler catching on the day.

Jason Rigby drew peg 1a on the Manns Farm side and had to cast further and further down steam to find the fish.

Jason Rigby drew peg 1a on the Manns Farm side and had to cast further and further down steam to find the fish.

Finally the bites started to come from the roach and Ribgy finished the day with a total of 1lb 11oz which also saw Rigby win the Fred Rose Ledger Cup.
