Young golfers battle it out
Diss Golf Club Junior President's Day saw both the high handicap and low handicap competitions played on the same day in overcast but good conditions. In the high handicap competition Jude Everitt and Josh Driver, playing together, went neck and neck to the final hole, both having the same score of 19 points for eight holes.

In third place was Archie Brydon on 16 points and fourth was Lee Bray, one of the most improved players of the season.
In the low handicap competition Thomas Hunt blitzed the field with a net 63, followed by the ever-improving Chirs Lee with a net 66 and Adam Wright in third with a net 70.
